We are so amazed by the resilience of the babies and mothers we have had the privilege of meeting. With the generosity of our donors and friends we've been able to have a life-saving impact on many lives. Little Abdi was buried alive by a traumatized mother fleeing for her life. He was found in time to save his life and today he is healthy, happy and full of smiles. Amina was found by the side of the road shortly after she was born. Our two year old Mohamed survived a late abortion attempt, was thrown away on a trash pile in a plastic bag and was being eaten by wild dogs when he was found. Miraculously, today he is completely healthy and full of boundless energy and joy, thriving in the home of a loving family. What a joy and privilege it's been to be part of such incredible stories!
